Mountian Bike Poetry

Hi All,
A couple of months ago CBC participant, Alexis, shared a poem with us that she wrote about mountain biking.  After sending the poem to Marilyn at Trips-for-Kids, the poem has been published on the Dirt Rag website and the Trip-for-Kids website!  Here is the link to the Dirt Rag site: http://www.dirtragmag.com/webrag/mountain-bike-poetry.

Lubricating Caged Bearings

Step 1: "Gloop" a bit of grease onto the palm of your hand.

Step 2: Roll caged bearings through the grease.

Injecting grease between the bearings and the cage will ultimately reduce friction between the bearings and the cage in which they reside = a nice smooth ride!
